Who we are

Your order

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Your order is accepted once your payment goes through. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. The total at checkout is the amount charged to your card. You pay by credit or debit card on a secure payment page: your card details go to our payment processor and never reach us. Prices can change, but never for an order you've already paid for.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only, as described in our shipping policy. We're responsible for your scooter until it's delivered.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return a scooter for a full refund, under our returns policy.

Warranty

Every scooter is covered by its manufacturer's limited warranty, described on our warranty page. We don't add a separate warranty of our own. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Riding safely and legally

Read the user manual before your first ride and wear a helmet. Each scooter's recommended rider age is in its specifications: 16 or 18 and up, depending on the model. Rules on speed, age, helmets and where you can ride are set by states and cities, and you're responsible for following them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
