Questions, answered.
How far will it really go?
Official range is measured by the maker in the most efficient mode, with a light rider on flat ground. Real riding usually gets less. That's why every page here also shows range measured by independent testers, so you can plan with the realistic number.
Is it legal to ride where I live?
E-scooter rules are set by each state and city, so they differ: speed limits, minimum age, helmets and where you can ride. The Max G2 and Max G3 ship capped at 20 mph and unlock higher speeds in the Segway app, so you can match local rules. Check your city's rules before you ride.
Can I ride in the rain?
Light rain, yes. Water resistance goes from IPX4 on the Hiboy S2 to IPX5 on the E3 Pro and Max G2, and IPX6 on the Max G3 and GT3 Pro. None of them are made for deep puddles or heavy downpours.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US, all 50 states, and shipping is free on every scooter. Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive 3–7 business days later, with tracking by email. We don't ship outside the US.
Can I return it after riding it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, even if you've ridden it. Email us, we'll send a prepaid return label, and you get a full refund once it's back with us.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card, on an encrypted payment page. Your card details go straight to the payment processor, never to us.
Which one should I get?
Short trips and a tight budget: Hiboy S2. Carrying it up stairs every day: E3 Pro. Longest commute for the money: Max G2. Best all-rounder: Max G3. Pure performance: GT3 Pro. Or answer four questions in Find my fit above.
